Our charms are crafted using high-quality materials such as plexiglass, mirror plexiglass and wood.
Our jewelry is crafted with exceptional attention to detail, using only high-quality materials to ensure durability and elegance. We primarily work with 925 sterling silver and gold-plated silver, offering a luxurious and timeless finish. Each piece is handmade with care, and the designs are thoughtfully created to combine beauty with functionality.

Are your products handmade?

How do I care for my charms and jewelry?

To maintain the shine and quality of your charms and jewelry:

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes, all our products come in luxury gift packaging, making them perfect for special occasions. Additional customization for gift boxes is available upon request.

Can I return or exchange a product?

we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging, including the luxury Moira box and any included documentation or certificates.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn jewelry. Please ensure that the jewelry is in its original, unworn condition before initiating.
 

Charms are seasonal items and are not eligible for exchange. 

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired product. We recommend contacting our customer service team to ensure availability of the new item at info@moira-collection.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

For jewelry, as each piece is handcrafted to order, the processing time is 5-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
