RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging, including the luxury Moira box and any included documentation or certificates. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn jewelry. Please ensure that the jewelry is in its original, unworn condition before initiating a return.Provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process, and you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back., then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
     ●     For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn jewelry. Please ensure that the jewelry is in its original, unworn condition before initiating a return.
     ●     Personalized or engraved items or Custom Orders: Please note that personalized or custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are created specifically for you upon order. We cannot accommodate changes to personalized or custom orders after they have been placed unless there is a defect or damage.
     ●     Large custom orders, such as corporate gifts, wedding/baptism favors, or personalized event gifts.

     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
     ●     Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the order. Provide photos of the damaged product and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund at no additional cost. Please note that personalized or custom items will be replaced with identical products if they arrive damaged or defective.
     ●     Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired product. We recommend contacting our customer service team to ensure availability of the new item at info@moira-collection.com.
